Publicity

Much information about the computing services available in college is provided on the college website (http://www.trin.cam.ac.uk/index.php?pageid=18). I plan to update this section with more detailed information, however, for the moment a few little bits of info:-

• Peer-to-peer applications aren't allowed on the college network. This includes the more obvious applications such as BitTorrent but also the downloadable version of BBC iPlayer - the online 'streaming' version is fine though.
• There's wireless internet access available in the JCR, BA Room and College Bar. Brief instructions on how to connect to this are available here
• It is possible to print to the computer room printers from your own computer. Brief instructions on how to do this are available from the University Computer Service here.
